We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Sales Associate to drive user acquisition and revenue growth. In this role, you will actively engage with potential customers, explain product benefits, and guide them through the onboarding process. The ideal candidate is energetic, target-driven, and comfortable with both field and digital sales approaches.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Approach, engage, and educate potential customers about the platform’s benefits.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Assist customers with sign-up and onboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and conversions.
- Collect customer feedback to inform future improvements.
- Collaborate with marketing and partnerships teams to align on sales strategies.
- Represent the brand positively in all customer interactions.
Qualifications & Skills
- Degree in Sales, Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Prior experience in sales, fieldwork, or customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Basic digital literacy for recording and reporting sales activity.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and resilient.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Develop and execute a content marketing strategy aligned with brand goals.
- Create engaging and shareable content (blogs, social media posts, videos, graphics, newsletters).
- Manage his.doctor’s presence across key platforms and grow audience engagement.
- Optimize content for SEO and monitor analytics to improve performance.
- Work with healthcare professionals and internal teams to ensure content accuracy.
- Track, measure, and report on content effectiveness.
Qualifications & Skills
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in content marketing, social media management, or digital marketing.
- Excellent writing, storytelling, and creative content creation skills.
- Excellent design or video editing ability (Canva, Adobe, or similar tools).
- Knowledge of SEO and digital analytics.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
- Background in healthcare, wellness, or tech is a plus.
