Responsibility Summary:

• Manage a portfolio of retail customers-focusing on product penetration, profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Grow branch fees and commissions through targeted product and service offering to the Retail portfolio
• Proactively manage and review credit applications to reduce the possibility of NPA.
• Participate in marketing activities within the business areas to maximize growth.
• Relationship management through customer acquisition and retention in line with the Bank’s strategy

Academic & Professional Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, economics, finance or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in business development.
• Strong knowledge of local banking industry, banking products, banking services and banking regulations.

Skills/Experience Required

• Proficiency in Sales and Relationship Management.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Sound financial management skills and proficiency in analyzing financial data.
• Effective communication and presentation skills both verbal and written.
