We are looking for dedicated and reliable Tuk-Tuk Drivers to join our team. The selected candidates will be responsible for delivering and selling bakery products from our distribution hubs to customers. As a driver, you will play a key role in ensuring timely deliveries, maintaining customer relationships, and meeting sales targets.

Requirements:

• Valid Driver’s License (Class A3) – Mandatory.
• KCSE Certificate (Form 4) or equivalent qualification.
• At least 2 years of experience as a driver.
• Sales or marketing experience is an added advantage.
• Certificate of Good Conduct – Mandatory.
• Proven ability to handle cash sales and maintain accurate records.
• Physical fitness – Ability to lift and handle crates of bread.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge (e.g., checking oil, tires, and fuel levels).

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver and sell bakery products to customers on assigned routes.
• Ensure timely and accurate deliveries while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
• Meet daily/weekly sales targets by promoting and selling products to retailers.
• Maintain accurate sales and delivery records.
• Provide feedback on customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends.
• Maintain the Tuk-Tuk in good condition by conducting basic maintenance checks.
• Report any mechanical issues, accidents, or incidents to the supervisor immediately.
