• This role is central to managing real estate transaction activities across diverse commercial property portfolios. From acquisitions and lease renewals to strategic disposals, you’ll be driving value for our clients while ensuring compliance, efficiency, and innovation in every deal.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate/Property Management
• 4–6 years’ experience in a similar role (international exposure is an added advantage)
• Membership with EARB & ISKStrong negotiation, financial analysis, and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead transaction strategies for acquisitions, lease renewals, and disposals
• Negotiate sales, leases, and amendments with precision
• Conduct financial analysis (NPV, IRR, cash flow) to guide client decisions
• Manage disputes, ensure compliance, and collaborate across service lines
• Prepare reports, proposals, and market insights to support decision-making
