• We are seeking a Technical Sage Software Consultant to lead the implementation, support, and customization of Sage software for our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, manage end-to-end implementation projects, and provide expert support to ensure optimal software performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute Sage software implementations (e.g., Sage 200 and or Sage 300, Sage Evolution)
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot software issues for clients
• Customize and configure software solutions to meet specific client requirements
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
• Deliver training and documentation to end-users
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project timelines and goals are met.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proven experience with Sage software products (Sage 50, Sage Evolution, etc.)
• Strong understanding of accounting/business processes
• Experience in software implementation and project management
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
