Talent Aquisition – Recruiter

  • The Recruiter will manage the full recruitment cycle, ensuring a high-quality experience for candidates and hiring managers. We’re looking for someone with strong sourcing, assessment, and coordination skills who can meet deadlines and fill roles efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles
  • Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates through multiple channels
  • Conduct interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain clear communication with hiring managers
  • Provide regular updates on candidate pipelines and hiring progress
  • Extend offers and support candidates through onboarding
  • Maintain accurate records in the ATS and ensure compliance
  • Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
  • Collaborate to improve recruitment strategies and workflows

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions independently
  • Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate evaluation skills
  • Experience with ATS systems and sourcing tools
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
