- The Recruiter will manage the full recruitment cycle, ensuring a high-quality experience for candidates and hiring managers. We’re looking for someone with strong sourcing, assessment, and coordination skills who can meet deadlines and fill roles efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles
- Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates through multiple channels
- Conduct interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Coordinate interviews and maintain clear communication with hiring managers
- Provide regular updates on candidate pipelines and hiring progress
- Extend offers and support candidates through onboarding
- Maintain accurate records in the ATS and ensure compliance
- Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Collaborate to improve recruitment strategies and workflows
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions independently
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate evaluation skills
- Experience with ATS systems and sourcing tools
- Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
