Talent & Acquisition Manager
We are looking for an experienced Talent & Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment and talent development efforts. This is a strategic role focused on attracting exceptional talent, supporting employee growth and driving employee development across the organization.
Job Responsibilities:
- Proactively attract, source, and headhunt top talent to meet business needs.
- Design and implement programs that enhance employee skills, performance, and long-term career development.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand workforce needs and align hiring strategies.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with external recruiters, industry professionals, and academic institutions.
- Contribute to building a culture of continuous learning and high performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 5 to 8 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition and employee development.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and workforce plannings.
- Prior experience in the logistics or supply chain industry is an added advantage.
