Stock-Keeper
The ideal candidate is highly organized, has experience managing warehouse or inventory systems, and is comfortable handling logistics in a fast-paced environment. This position reports to Product Technical Lead and plays a vital role in supporting our mission of building a reliable and sustainable charging network across Kenya.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect all incoming materials and reconcile with purchase orders.
- Maintain inventory records using manual logs or inventory management software.
- Ensure proper storage of items in designated locations.
- Issue materials, supplies, and equipment as requested and maintain accurate records.
- Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment when necessary.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store or warehouse.
- Perform regular physical stock counts and reconcile with inventory records.
- Ensure items are properly labeled and stored to prevent damage or loss.
- Assist in preparing inventory reports for management.
- Follow safety and security protocols to protect inventory and personnel
