We’re seeking a talented and passionate Sous Chef with a proven track record and a passion for excellence. The ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in a similar operation with a proven track record
- Experience in fine dining and/or international operations (an added advantage)
- Experience working in high-volume banqueting and À la carte operations
- Experience managing a multi-outlet operation
- Ability to successfully lead and mentor a team
