Senior Specialist, Workplace Investigations
Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Undertake investigations of disciplinary, grievance and complaints of varying complexity in line with WWF policy, procedures and best practice relating to issues including Respect in the Workplace, Fraud & Corruption and Safeguarding;
- Some investigations may require international travel
- Analyse information collected and reach timely unbiased conclusions and findings;
- Effectively assess witness credibility;
- Generate professional, well-drafted investigation records, plans and reports;
- Contribute to recommended actions arising from investigation findings;
- Assist in developing and delivering training on developing a Speak Up culture, internal investigation and interview techniques and best practice.
- Manage issues that are highly confidential and may raise significant financial, legal, or reputational risk to the organisation.
- Keep abreast of developments in the sector, through networking and attending seminars.
PROFILE
Required Qualifications
- At least 6 years of professional experience conducting investigations;
- (Desired) Certification in Workplace investigations
- Excellent written and spoken English (essential).
- Fluency/Competency in at least one additional language (desired)
- Previous experience dealing with highly confidential and sensitive matters
- Valid passport
