Applicants MUST have the following academic/professional qualifications and requirements:
- An earned PhD degree in Medicine or Master of Medicine with specialization in Human Anatomy from a University recognized. The Master’s degree shall have an equivalent in Fellowship Training recognised by the Medical Council of Kenya.
- At least three (3) years teaching experience at the university as a Lecturer or Senior Researcher or six (6) years research/industry experience.
- Have a minimum of thirty-two (32) publication points as a Lecturer or equivalent, of which at least twenty-four (24) must be from refereed scholarly journals.
- Have registered with the relevant professional body.
