ROLE OVERVIEW

• Lead luxury interior design projects from concept to completion, translating client vision into functional and buildable spaces while working closely with architects, engineers, site teams, and suppliers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead interior design projects from concept to final execution
• Develop mood boards, layouts, 3D
• visuals, and detailed interior drawings
• Specify finishes, fittings, lighting, furniture, and materials
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and contractors
• Review shop drawings and approve material samples
• Conduct site visits to ensure design integrity is maintained
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and junior design staff
• Ensure designs meet budget, quality, and client expectations

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Degree in Interior Design or a related field
• 5-8 years experience in high-end or large scale projects
• Membership or eligibility for membership with a recognized professional body is an added advantage

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

• Excellent space planning and detailing skills
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, or similar
• Strong understanding of construction detaling and materials
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects, under tight timelines
