This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nairobi County, Kenya, for a Senior Digital Content Strategist & Editor. Responsibilities include developing and leading content strategies, overseeing content management, collaborating with teams to produce and edit content, and ensuring optimal website content performance. • Expertise in Content Strategy and Content Management to plan, execute, and evaluate digital content effectively
• Skills in Content Development, Web Content Writing, and Writing to produce clear, engaging, and professional materials
• Proven ability to analyze audience needs and trends to shape digital content strategies
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency in managing multiple projects and teams
• Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and stakeholders
• Experience in digital publishing or a related field is highly advantageous
• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Communications, Journalism, Media Studies, or a related field
