Specifications/Qualifications of part time lecturers

The successful candidate should possess the following qualifications:

• An earned LLM and LLB degrees from a recognized and reputable university;
• Be admitted as an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with at least 3 years’ post-admission experience;
• Have demonstrable training in pedagogy and andragogy skills;
• Must have taught the relevant subjects they are applying to teach at the undergraduate level in a Reputable University for a period of at least 3 years (this competence must be clearly demonstrated);
• Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills;
• Must have excellent planning and organizational skills;
• Must have good interpersonal and relational skills as well as good customer care skills;
• Have the capacity to take initiative and work responsibly under minimal supervision.
