What You’ll Be Doing
- Identifying and qualifying leads across industries to build a solid pipeline
- Presenting tailored software solutions that solve client-specific problems
- Building strong, consultative relationships with decision-makers, including C-level executives
- Working closely with marketing and technical teams to ensure seamless solution delivery
- Staying ahead of trends, competitors, and innovations in the tech space
What You Bring
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in software or tech-related fields
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently
- Experience in ERP or SaaS solutions (a strong advantage)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
- A background in the manufacturing industry is a plus, but not required
