Sales Representative (B2B, Software Sales)

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Identifying and qualifying leads across industries to build a solid pipeline
  • Presenting tailored software solutions that solve client-specific problems
  • Building strong, consultative relationships with decision-makers, including C-level executives
  • Working closely with marketing and technical teams to ensure seamless solution delivery
  • Staying ahead of trends, competitors, and innovations in the tech space

What You Bring

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in software or tech-related fields
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently
  • Experience in ERP or SaaS solutions (a strong advantage)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
  • A background in the manufacturing industry is a plus, but not required
