About the Role
- Cable Xperts is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our Sales & Marketing team. The role is focused on driving revenue growth through client acquisition, relationship management, and promotion of our products across multiple markets. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with a proven track record in sales, capable of meeting targets while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Prospect and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, digital platforms, and participation in industry events.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, quotations, and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
- Manage customer accounts, ensuring timely order processing, delivery, and payment follow-up.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Support marketing campaigns, trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events to enhance brand visibility.
- Conduct market research to monitor trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback, and share insights with management.
- Track sales performance, maintain accurate records, and prepare regular reports for management review.
- Collaborate with production, quality, and logistics teams to ensure smooth alignment of sales and delivery timelines.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in FMCG, electronics, or related industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple accounts.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems is an added advantage.
