Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field Certificate of proficiency in insurance and/or a valid IRA license
• Strong understanding of prospecting, sales pipeline management, reporting, and public speaking Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills Experience in Sales Consulting and Consulting services Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills Experience in the insurance or banking industry is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team
