Sales Executive (IT Hardware & Software)
- This role is ideal for a commercially minded professional with a strong background in B2B sales, tender management, and solution-based selling, who thrives in a target-driven environment.
Key focus areas include:
- Driving monthly revenue targets (minimum KES 5M)
- Identifying, preparing, and successfully submitting tenders and prequalifications
- Managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Building strong relationships with corporate, government, and retail clients
- Engaging vendors and distributors to stay current on pricing, certifications, and technical solutions
- Preparing accurate sales pipeline, performance, and market reports
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in IT sales or a related commercial role
- Proven success in meeting sales targets and managing tenders
- Strong analytical, reporting, and client engagement skills
- Proficiency in CRM/ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools
