DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsibilities

  • Achieving Annual Budget for Unit (Generator) Sales and parts sales.
  • Lead Generation for Generators & Create the strong enquiry base for respective products/ Services.
  • Preparing Techno- Commercial Proposals.
  • Analyze the market requirements, competitor’s plans/ strategies and prepare the business plans.
  • Making close relationship with consultants, contractors, customers and all working staff.
  • Collaborating as a key member of the sales team to represent the solution offering to the client buyer and other internal groups.
  • Developing Network of Consultant & Contractors for Project Business.
  • Preparing presentations, proposals etc. as per specific customer’s requirement
  • Mapping all Tender requirements pro actively in the market and to ensure KJL Participation in tenders.
  • Understand and translate buyer requirements into a standard solution, proposal and cost estimate.
  • Understand and clearly define the input required to create cost estimates.
  • Developing a network of Service providers for after sales support.
  • Lead Generation via Potential Customer visits, digital marketing and through Networking.
  • Quotation submission and Daily Follow up with Potential customers.
  • Customer Visits for follow-up and order finalization.
  • Business Development by achieving the annual budget for unit sales, Service & Spares Business.
  • Maintaining MIS Reports for Enquiries, Sales, Existing Customer database and Service Schedule.
  • Coordinating and Leading for Installation and Commissioning of Generator sets, Troubleshooting, routine maintenance, B checks, top overhauling, and major overhauling if required.
  • Prepare PDI reports and inspections.
  • Keeping record of the service visits, i.e. Warranty, Out of Warranty, and AMC. Prepare the service report duly signed and stamped by the customer.
  • Follow up PO from the parts customer quotation reference with the service report.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Proven experience as a sales Manager or similar role in the automotive or leasing industry.
  • Strong understanding of vehicle leasing processes and market dynamics.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
