Key Responsibilities
- Promote and showcase available properties to potential clients through site visits, calls, WhatsApp, email, and presentations.
- Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Proactively identify and engage new leads, follow up consistently, and close sales.
- Match clients to suitable properties based on their needs and preferences.
- Coordinate and attend property viewings, open houses, and exhibitions.
- Provide timely and actionable feedback to marketing and operations teams to enhance customer experience.
- Maintain accurate client records, property details, and follow-up tasks in the CRM system.
- Research market trends and opportunities for listings, pricing, and competitor activity.
- Handle both inbound and outbound client calls with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly, ensuring client satisfaction at every touchpoint.
- Support the team in refining sales processes and contributing to ongoing business improvement.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Comfortable with email platforms (Gmail, Outlook)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

Method of Application
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily outbound calls to leads and existing customers to promote products, upsell, and drive conversions.
- Engage with repeat customers to facilitate re-orders and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Follow up on inquiries, leads, to close sales opportunities.
- Maintain and update customer records in the system, including call logs, feedback, and order details.
- Respond to customer questions, complaints, or concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
- Work closely with dispatch teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment and delivery follow-up.
- Prepare basic sales reports and performance updates.
- Assist in identifying trends in customer preferences and market feedback.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Agribusiness, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, tele sales, or customer service, preferably in FMCG or agribusiness.
- Strong phone communication skills in both English and Kiswahili.
- Proactive, confident, and persuasive with a customer-first attitude.
- Familiarity with sales tracking tools.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
