• The Retail Business Manager will be responsible for overseeing the company’s retail operations, ensuring efficient store performance, strong sales results, and exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate is someone who has experience setting up stores and managing salespeople, with a proven ability to grow retail performance through strategic planning, operational excellence, and effective team leadership.

Job Description

Retail Operations Management

• Oversee daily operations of all retail stores to ensure smooth running, high service standards, and profitability.
• Implement and maintain efficient operational procedures, stock management, and visual merchandising standards.
• Coordinate with production and supply chain teams to ensure timely product availability and replenishment.

Sales Leadership & Performance Management

• Train, and manage sales teams to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
• Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to develop high-performing sales teams.

Business Development & Strategy

• Develop and execute sales and growth strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for market expansion, partnerships, and promotional activities.
• Analyze sales data and customer trends to inform strategic decisions and improve business outcomes.

Financial Management

• Review and report on financial performance, including sales, margins, and profitability metrics.

Customer Experience & Brand Management

• Ensure consistent brand presentation and superior customer experience across.
• Gather customer feedback and collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance offerings and engagement.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in setting up retail stores and managing sales teams, ideally within fashion, footwear, or consumer goods sectors.
• Minimum 3–4years of experience in retail operations or business management.
• Strong understanding of retail sales strategies, customer service excellence, and store operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team development skills.
• Proficient in POS systems, inventory management tools, and reporting software.
