Relationship Officer – Credit- Nakuru

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nakuru for a Relationship Officer – Credit. The Relationship Officer will develop and maintain strong client relationships, manage credit portfolios, assist clients in accessing loan products, and ensure their financial needs are met effectively. Key responsibilities include evaluating loan applications, providing excellent customer service, maintaining timely communication with clients, and working collaboratively with the sales and finance teams to meet company goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Business Relationship Management and the ability to foster mutually beneficial client relationships
  • Finance and Sales expertise for effectively managing credit portfolios and meeting targets
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to address client needs, provide support, and maintain satisfaction
  • Ability to work collaboratively and demonstrate a customer-first approach
  • Relevant experience in the finance or credit industry is an asset
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills
