Real Estate Sales Executive

Responsibilities

  • Conduct property presentations and site visits with potential buyers
  • Understand project details deeply (payment plans, features, timelines, pricing, etc.)
  • Follow up with clients and maintain relationships through the full sales cycle
  • Negotiate and close property sales with professionalism and confidence
  • Maintain CRM/records of client interactions and sales progress
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and client meetings

Qualifications

  • Degree/ in related field
  • Proven experience in sales (real estate experience is a strong advantage)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused
  • Able to work under pressure and meet targets
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
  • Knowledge of the real estate market or willingness to learn quickly
  • Professional presentation and positive attitude
