Real Estate Sales Executive
Responsibilities
- Conduct property presentations and site visits with potential buyers
- Understand project details deeply (payment plans, features, timelines, pricing, etc.)
- Follow up with clients and maintain relationships through the full sales cycle
- Negotiate and close property sales with professionalism and confidence
- Maintain CRM/records of client interactions and sales progress
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and client meetings
Qualifications
- Degree/ in related field
- Proven experience in sales (real estate experience is a strong advantage)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Basic computer skills
- Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused
- Able to work under pressure and meet targets
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of the real estate market or willingness to learn quickly
