KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and cost plans
• Assist with tendering and bid evaluations Support value engineering for cost efficiency
• Monitor budgets and manage cost control
• Draft and manage contracts
• Ensure contract compliance and resolve disputes
• Advise on contractual risks and obligations
• Coordinate with project teams and clients
• Provide regular cost and progress reports
• Review designs for budget alignment

QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• 5-7 years’ experience in construction or interior design projects
• Strong knowledge of construction & fit- out processes
• Proficient in cost estimating software Familiar with local building codes, procurement & contract law
• BORAQs/IOSK professional membership is an added advantage
