The applicant must;

• Be a holder of a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate or Land Economics.
• Be a full member of the Institution of Surveyors Kenya (ISK)
• Possess a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Valuation work.
• Be a strict observant of TAT and SLA
• Be result oriented.
• Possess experience in property inspection and report writing.
• Possess excellent communication skills.
• Be a mature team player.
• NOTE: Valuers who are EARB registered Estate Agents will have an added advantage.
• Applicants who do not meet the above requirements need not APPLY.
