Project Manager- Kisumu
- To lead and manage Sales team to achieve sales targets, improve market penetration, and ensure effective trade execution and visibility of company products.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and guide sales team to deliver on sales targets and KPIs.
- Monitor daily performance, routes, and trade activities through field visits and reports.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key trade partners.
- Analyze sales data and implement strategies to drive growth and address gaps.
- Coordinate with logistics, marketing, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Train, coach, and support the team for improved productivity and professionalism.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical standards, and proper use of trade tools.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience managing field sales teams in FMCG or similar environment.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in reporting tools and sales tracking systems.
- Experience using sales software is added advantage.
