About the Role
- Our client is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Program Manager to oversee the Leadership Training for Results (LTR) program — an advanced leadership development initiative that empowers managers and executives to lead with clarity, inspire performance, and achieve measurable results.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for driving program growth, visibility, and operational excellence while collaborating closely with trainers, marketing, and strategic partners to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.

- The LTR program is designed to help leaders align team performance with organizational goals, manage change effectively, and deliver sustainable business results. Participants develop actionable leadership skills that translate directly into improved productivity, collaboration, and performance.
Role Overview
- The Program Manager – LTR will champion the program’s growth, visibility, and impact. At the initial stage, the Program Manager must develop a deep understanding of the LTR philosophy — including how it enhances leadership capability, drives engagement, and strengthens organizational culture.
Key areas of focus include:
- Program Growth: Driving enrolments and revenue through consultative selling and client engagement.
- Visibility: Expanding the LTR program presence across industries through workshops, partnerships, and thought-leadership events.
- Collaboration & Excellence: Partnering with trainers, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure exceptional participant experience.
- Strategic Partnerships: Building and maintaining relationships with industry associations, corporate clients, and professional networks to increase reach and impact.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Generate enrolments and revenue for the LTR program.
- Conduct consultative discussions with organizations to identify leadership development needs.
- Present customized program solutions that demonstrate ROI in leadership performance and team results.
- Deliver presentations and demos to HR, L&D, and executive leadership teams.
- Maintain a strong and active sales pipeline through networking, referrals, and marketing leads.
Client Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for participants and corporate clients.
- Build and sustain long-term partnerships with HR, L&D, and organizational leaders.
- Ensure smooth onboarding, communication, and consistent client updates.
- Gather testimonials and case studies that highlight measurable program impact.
Program Coordination & Delivery
- Oversee logistical and operational aspects of LTR delivery.
- Coordinate with facilitators, venues, and participants to ensure seamless execution.
- Manage program materials, attendance records, and client communications.
- Support trainers during sessions and ensure high-quality participant experiences.
Reporting & Insights
- Maintain accurate client and pipeline data in CRM systems.
- Prepare reports on enrolments, revenue, and client activity.
- Monitor performance trends, feedback scores, and program outcomes.
Brand & Market Development
- Represent the organization at leadership forums, industry events, and HR conferences.
- Build professional networks to promote the LTR program and share success stories.
- Collaborate with marketing on content development and promotional campaigns.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Leadership, HR, or a related field.
- Experience: 3–6 years in program management, leadership development, or corporate training. Experience in L&D or executive leadership programs is an advantage.
