About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Program Manager to lead and grow our High Impact Presentation (HIP) program. This role is responsible for ensuring seamless delivery, measurable impact, and continuous growth by collaborating with trainers, marketing, and strategic partners.

The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with strong business acumen, capable of building client relationships and driving program visibility across industries.

The HIP program develops participants’ presentation and communication skills, enabling them to express ideas clearly, captivate audiences, and deliver powerful messages with confidence. Through practical, high-energy sessions, the program enhances influence, professionalism, and executive presence in both virtual and in-person settings.

Role Overview

The Program Manager – HIP drives the program’s growth, visibility, and operational excellence. The role requires a deep understanding of the HIP philosophy and value — how it strengthens confidence, enhances communication, and builds leadership presence within organizations.

Key Focus Areas:

  • Program Growth: Generate enrolments and revenue through consultative engagement with clients.
  • Visibility: Expand HIP’s presence through partnerships, workshops, and industry events.
  • Collaboration & Excellence: Work closely with trainers and marketing teams for flawless delivery.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, associations, and networks to extend program reach and influence.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Generate enrolments and revenue for the HIP program.
  • Conduct consultative meetings with organizations and individuals to identify communication challenges and opportunities.
  • Present tailored HIP solutions that demonstrate clear ROI in communication and presentation effectiveness.
  • Deliver impactful presentations and demos to HR, L&D, and leadership teams.
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline through networking, referrals, and marketing activities.

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for enrolled participants and client organizations.
  • Build long-term partnerships with HR, L&D, and business leaders.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding, communication, and support throughout each program cycle.
  • Gather testimonials and success stories that demonstrate program value.

Program Coordination & Delivery

  • Oversee all logistical and operational aspects of HIP delivery.
  • Coordinate facilitators, venues, and participant communication for professional execution.
  • Manage program materials, attendance, and communication accuracy.
  • Support trainers with setup, client liaison, and feedback management.

Reporting & Insights

  • Maintain accurate client and pipeline records using CRM systems.
  • Prepare reports on enrolments, revenue, and client activity.
  • Track performance trends including participant satisfaction and completion rates.

Brand & Market Development

  • Represent the organization at leadership, HR, and communication events.
  • Build professional networks to promote HIP and share success stories.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create engaging promotional content and campaigns.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3–6 years in program management, sales, or corporate training. Experience in Learning & Development or communication programs is an advantage.
