The Programs
Leadership & Human Relations Course (LHR): A foundational development program that strengthens interpersonal effectiveness, confidence, and influence—helping participants build trust, communicate clearly, and lead teams effectively.
Employee Communication & Human Relations (ECHR): Designed to improve workplace communication, collaboration, and relationship-building, empowering employees to resolve conflicts constructively and create a positive work environment.
Role Overview
The Program Manager – Core Programs drives visibility, enrolment, and impact for these leadership and communication programs. At the introductory stage, the Program Manager will immerse themselves in understanding the philosophy, structure, and value proposition of each program.
Key areas of contribution include:
Program Growth: Driving enrolments and revenue through consultative selling and client engagement.
Visibility: Expanding brand and program presence through workshops, partnerships, and professional forums.
Collaboration & Excellence: Coordinating with trainers, marketing, and support teams to ensure seamless delivery and participant satisfaction.
Strategic Partnerships: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, associations, and learning networks to extend program reach and influence.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Generate enrolments and revenue for leadership and communication programs.
- Conduct consultative discussions with organizations to identify training and development needs.
- Present customized solutions that demonstrate measurable ROI in communication, leadership, and performance.
- Deliver presentations and demos to HR, L&D, and business leaders.
- Maintain a healthy and updated sales pipeline through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives.
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the main contact for enrolled participants and client organizations.
- Build long-term partnerships with HR, L&D, and executive decision-makers.
- Ensure seamless onboarding, timely updates, and effective communication.
- Collect testimonials and success stories to showcase program value and outcomes.
Program Coordination & Delivery
- Oversee all logistical and operational aspects of program delivery.
- Coordinate with facilitators, venues, and participants for smooth execution.
- Manage materials, attendance, and communication throughout each course cycle.
- Support trainers during sessions with setup, follow-up, and client feedback collection.
Reporting & Insights
- Maintain accurate client and activity data using CRM tools.
- Prepare performance and pipeline reports (enrolments, revenue, satisfaction).
- Track KPIs including conversion rates, repeat clients, and feedback scores.
Brand & Market Development
- Represent the organization at leadership forums, industry events, and HR conferences.
- Build networks and collaborations that increase program awareness and influence.
- Work with the marketing team to develop promotional content, case studies, and outreach initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, Human Resource Management, or related field.
Experience: 3–6 years in program management, business development, or corporate training; prior experience in leadership or learning & development programs is an added advantage.
