Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1, 2, and 3 support for the biometric card production system.
• Closely monitor stock of consumables (cards, inks, ..)
• Ensure proper inventory of stock (consumables and parts)
• Monitor and maintain two production lines to ensure uninterrupted operation.
• Perform preventive maintenance to avoid system downtime.
• Conduct curative maintenance to resolve technical issues promptly.
• Coordinate with suppliers for spare parts, warranty claims, and technical fixes.
• Document and report incidents, maintenance activities, and system performance.
• Ensure compliance with production standards and security protocols.
• Report regularly to the HQ team in France with detailed updates and metrics.

 Required Skills and Qualifications

• Technical background in production systems, maintenance, and support.
• Experience in operating and maintaining equipment in a production factory.
• Knowledge of biometric card production processes is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with international teams.
