Product Strategy Manager

Responsibilities

  • Define and champion multi-year product strategy, vision, and goals aligned to business objectives.
  • Lead market discovery: competitive analysis, customer research, regulatory trend mapping.
  • Translate strategy into clear product roadmaps with business cases, value hypotheses, and measurable outcomes.
  • Own prioritization frameworks for the portfolio (RICE, MoSCoW, value/effort scoring).
  • Mentor and guide junior Product Managers on product discovery, delivery, and stakeholder management.
  • Drive alignment across engineering, operations, sales, compliance, and leadership teams.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance (PCI-DSS, AML, GDPR, data privacy) is embedded in design and execution.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • MBA or postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.

Experience

  • 5–8+ years of experience in Product Management (preferably in fintech, payments, or SaaS).
  • Proven track record of launching and scaling successful digital products.
  • Experience leading junior PMs and leading cross-functional product development teams.

Method of Application

Responsibilities

  • Define and track KPIs: engagement, retention, activation, funnel metrics, NPS, churn, adoption.
  • Lead product performance dashboards and executive reporting.
  • Conduct root-cause analysis using data insights to guide iteration and strategic decisions.
  • Ensure customer feedback loops are robust, surveys, interviews, support ticket analysis, usage data.
