Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

• Define project scope, goals, milestones, and deliverables in alignment with business requirements.
• Create and manage detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocation, and budgets.
• Monitor and track project progress and proactively address risks, dependencies and blockers
• Coordinate release planning and ensure readiness across engineering, QA and infrastructure for high-quality project delivery.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Maintain clear project documentation, timelines, and approvals throughout the lifecycle.

Technical Coordination

• Collaborate closely with engineering, Product, QA, and IT teams to clarify architecture, system dependencies, and technical requirements.
• Translate complex technical concepts into actionable project plans and clear communication for stakeholders.
• Ensure teams adhere to engineering best practices, security standards, compliance requirements and technical feasibility.
• Coordinate technical resources and vendors for smooth execution and timely delivery.
• Validate deliverables meet quality benchmarks before handoff or deployment.

Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, executives, and cross functional groups/stakeholders.
• Lead structured status meetings, provide transparent progress updates, and manage change requests.
• Facilitate communication alignment between technical and non-technical teams to ensure shared understanding.
• Manage expectations around timelines, risks, priorities, and decision requirements.
• Ensure stakeholder and customer acceptance of project deliverables.

Process & Continuous Improvement

• Implement Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project methodologies based on project needs.
• Conduct retrospectives and drive improvements in delivery efficiency, project processes, tools, and team collaboration.
• Standardize documentation, workflows, and project dashboards for repeatability and scalability.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve project governance, predictability, and execution quality.
• Track performance using project KPIs and drive accountability across teams.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of project management experience in a technical environment.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile Project Management
• Previous experience coding is preferred
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira).
• PMP Certification is preferred.
