RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure timely Sourcing of items for production & other uses.
- Oversee Purchasing planning & forecasting.
- Drive savings through Cost Negotiation and budgeting plans.
- Order processing & tracking
- Compliance & documentation.
- Develop strategic plans to increase efficiency.
- Supplier relationship & internal vendor management.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Procurement and supply chain management,Business Administration or related qualification.
- 2+ years work experience in supervisory or mid-level managerial prefarably in a hospitality set up.
- Proven experience in sourcing. Certification in purchasing suppliers is an added advantage
