Procurement Manager
- We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Procurement Manager to take the lead on sourcing, negotiating, and managing supplier relationships within our growing design and build business. This is a key role for someone who is ready to bring structure, strategy, and efficiency to our procurement operations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in procurement, ideally within the design & build industry.
- Must have worked in a construction company within the last 2 years.
- Educated to Degree level or higher in Procurement or a related field.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes, policies, and systems.
- Proven ability to negotiate, establish, and manage supplier contracts.
- Excellent knowledge of construction materials, their uses, and supply chain dynamics.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills. You must be confident in dealing with suppliers at all levels.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and confident in making sound decisions independently.
