Duties and Responsibilities:
- Implementing the annual procurement and disposal plans and preparing quarterly progress reports.
- Coordinating procurement and disposal activities.
- Providing input into the formulation of annual procurement and disposal plans.
- Preparing contract documentation for goods, works, and services.
- Liaising with user departments to ensure effective contract implementation.
Job Requirements:
- Evidence Master’s degree in Commerce, Procurement and Supplies Management, or related qualification from a recognized institution
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Procurement and Supplies Management, or related qualification from a recognized institution
- Membership in KISM or equivalent professional body in good standing
- Demonstrated results in work performance
- Fulfillment of the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya
