• Shape the future of small business owners in Africa by owning Numida’s Platform roadmap. Make sure every service and feature solves a real user need, including identifying where AI can enhance automation, reduce risk, or improve customer experiences.
• Platform Product Manager
• Delight our Customers
• Immerse yourself in the world of small business owners. Use their feedback to build tools that provide them with the services they need while managing the requirements of internal users.
• Inspire the Team
• You’re the glue between Engineering, Design, Credit Ops and Marketing. Rally teams around your vision to ensure everyone’s aligned and working towards the same goal.
• Use your Head and your Heart
• Use data alongside your instincts to make decisions. Track the numbers that matter and continuously optimise based on real-time feedback and performance.
• Make it Happen
• Lead the way on platform design and implementation. Make sure launches are smooth, and feedback from internal team and external customers is heard and handled.

Experience:

• Product Management Experience
• You’ve got 4+ years of experience in product management, ideally in fintech or multi-product platforms, and are confident working with agile methodologies. You’ve taken something from zero to one, preferably in emerging markets.
• Platform Builder
• You understand MSME needs and are excited by the interplay between the different products Numida could offer. You have experience building or partnering with complementary services for business owners across a variety of needs (e.g.B2B or B2C logistics platforms, e-commerce etc.)
• User Centric & Data Driven
• You’re obsessed with understanding customer insights. You know how to dig into data, conduct user research, and translate feedback into product improvements.
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Whether it’s presenting ROI to the CEO, discussing technical challenges, or leading user research, you communicate clearly and effectively. You can turn complex ideas into simple, compelling stories that get buy-in.
