KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Procurement and Supply chain support that is:

• Source medicines from licensed suppliers, ensuring competitive pricing and reliable supply.
• Oversee quality assurance, including batch tracking and expiry monitoring.
• Product Development & Design
• Analyse common clinical needs and design medication packages for different use cases (e.g., maternal
• health, paediatrics, chronic disease management).
• Ensure packages balance clinical utility, affordability, and profitability.
• Market Research & Demand Analysis
• Engage with clinics to identify their prescribing practices, pain points, and preferences.
• Utilize data insights to identify high-demand medicines and optimize product offerings.
• Product Management & Pricing
• Develop tiered product solutions (basic, premium, specialized packages).
• Define pricing strategy and clinic incentive/commission models.
• Dispensing drugs and reviewing prescriptions for accuracy.
• Advising patients on proper medication use and side effects.

REQUIREMENTS

Mandatory:

• Bachelor of Pharmacy from a recognised University.
• Minimum 5years’ experience in pharmaceutical related fields.
• Ability to maintain accurate patient records and inventory management.
• Customer service skills for patient counselling.
• Passionate about health equity and making a difference.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and deliver within tight deadlines.
