Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition
- Run end-to-end recruitment from kickoff to offer
- Source and nurture global pipelines
- Coordinate and schedule interviews
- Manage candidate communication and experience
- Partner with hiring managers on scoping, planning, and offers
- Maintain and optimise the ATS, ensuring workflow accuracy
- Use automation tools to reduce repetitive TA tasks
- People Operations & HR Administration
- Act as the day-to-day contact for our Employer of Record (EoR) and keep employee information up to date
- Help resolve basic employee queries and ensure smooth, compliant workflows in Deel
- Maintain organised HR documentation (contracts, changes, onboarding info)
- Handle simple admin updates such as notifying Finance about salary changes and preparing standard letters
- Maintain accurate HRIS records and data quality
- Support HR processes and daily operational needs
- Collaborate on policy updates and procedural documentation
- Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, and Operations
- Onboarding & Employee Experience
- Own onboarding logistics and processes
- Coordinate global onboarding journeys with hiring managers
- Maintain onboarding documentation and task management
- Implement onboarding workflow improvements and automations
- Systems, Tooling & Automations
- Improve connectivity between ATS, HRIS, and onboarding tools
- Support systems optimisation initiatives and upgrades
- Partner with Operations on workflow design and improvements
Requirments
- Experience in a SaaS or global high-growth startup
- Proven end-to-end recruitment capability
- Strong HR administration experience, including contracts and HRIS
- Onboarding coordination and improvement experience
- Ability to work across People Ops + Talent Acquisition
- Proficiency with ATS and HRIS systems
- Ability to build and improve no-code/low-code automations
- Experience working with an Employer of Record (e.g., Deel) and supporting global employment workflows
- High organisational discipline and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills in a global, distributed environment
