Job Description:

  • We are seeking a detail-oriented Payment Solutions Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will verify payment transactions, ensure they are successfully processed, and update transaction records accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify and confirm the success of payment transactions.
  • Update payment records and ensure all data is accurate.
  • Communicate with clients or internal teams regarding payment status when necessary.
  • Identify and resolve any discrepancies or failed payments promptly.
  • Assist in generating reports related to payment transactions.

Requirements:
