Office Manager

  • The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, providing administrative assistance, managing office equipment, and ensuring excellent customer service. 
  • Tasks include scheduling meetings, organizing office activities, managing communications, invoicing and collections and maintaining office supplies and equipment.

Qualifications:

  • Business Administration, Accounting or Human Resources qualification preferred
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proficiency in Office Administration and Administrative Assistance
  • Experience in managing Office Equipment and supplies
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
  • 3+ Years Experience
