Office Manager
- The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, providing administrative assistance, managing office equipment, and ensuring excellent customer service.
- Tasks include scheduling meetings, organizing office activities, managing communications, invoicing and collections and maintaining office supplies and equipment.
Qualifications:
- Business Administration, Accounting or Human Resources qualification preferred
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proficiency in Office Administration and Administrative Assistance
- Experience in managing Office Equipment and supplies
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- 3+ Years Experience
