Job Overview

  • We are seeking to hire a dynamic Marketing and Content Creator to join the team. The ideal candidate will combine creative design skills with strong digital marketing expertise to craft compelling content, manage social media platforms, and execute marketing strategies that boost brand visibility, customer engagement, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Social Media

  • Develop engaging content including posts, articles, photos, videos, posters, and press releases.
  • Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across platforms (B2B & B2C).
  • Plan and execute campaigns that attract both customers and investors.

Graphic Design & Branding

  • Design high-quality digital and print marketing materials using Canva and other design tools
  • Ensure all communication aligns with brand guidelines and enhances visual identity.

Digital Marketing Strategy

  • Implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Optimize the company website and digital platforms through effective SEO practices.
  • Support online advertising campaigns (organic and paid) when needed.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor marketing performance metrics, including social media engagement and website traffic.
  • Prepare reports and provide recommendations to improve campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Media, PR, or Graphic Design (or a related field).
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in digital marketing, content creation, and graphic design.
  • Proficiency in Canva (knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is an added advantage).
  • Strong understanding of SEO, digital trends, and social media algorithms.
  • Excellent copywriting and visual storytelling skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
