Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth business analysis, market research, and strategy formulation for clients.
• Provide management consultancy services across multiple industries, including growth strategy, business transformation, and operational efficiency.
• Support clients in venture development, investment planning, and business restructuring.
• Collaborate closely with the Executive Director to design and implement business strategies.
• Develop client proposals, reports, and presentations that communicate strategic recommendations effectively.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent stakeholder management.
• Ensure execution of consultancy projects within agreed timelines and budgets.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience as a Management Consultant or Strategy Consultant in a Management Consultancy Firm or Venture Capital Firm.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or International Business.
• Strong expertise in strategic planning, venture growth, financial analysis, and advisory services.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business problems and recommend innovative solutions.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and business analysis tools.
