Key Responsibilities

• Market and promote Bayes’ logbook loan and auto finance products within the  Nairobi region.
• Identify and engage potential clients through field visits, referrals, and digital  platforms.
• Guide clients through the loan application, documentation, and approval process.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Meet and exceed assigned monthly sales and performance targets.

Qualifications and Competencies

• Diplomain Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Prior experience in financial sales, motor vehicle trading, or microfinance is an  added advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Must possess a valid National ID.
