Minimum Requirements:
- Must have an earned Ph.D. degree in International Relations or its equivalent from a recognized academic institution.
OR
- Hold a Master’s degree in International Relations from a recognized academic institution.
- Have at least three (3) years of teaching or research experience at university level after obtaining a Master’s degree.
- Have at least two (2) publications in refereed journals or one (1) university-level book or two (2) book chapters in relevant areas.
- Have experience in supervising research and industrial attachment for undergraduate students.
- Strong proficiency in the use of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital instructional tools.
- Membership in professional bodies is desirable.
- Excellent communication, mentorship, and teamwork skills.
- Should have evidence of contribution to university life through active participation in departmental and faculty activities, good quality teaching, attendance of meetings, student academic advising, and committee membership.
