Leagues & Competitions Officer
Job Purpose Statement
The Leagues & Competitions Officer is responsible for planning, organizing, and managing the Federation’s national leagues, cup competitions, and sanctioned tournaments. The role ensures that all competitions are conducted in accordance with FIFA/CAF regulations and the Federation’s statutes, delivering fair play, integrity, and professionalism while enhancing the growth and visibility of football across the country.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Physical Education, or related field.
- At least 5 years’ experience in football administration, league/competition management, or event coordination.
- Knowledge of FIFA/CAF competition regulations and federation statutes.
- Experience working with clubs, referees, and football stakeholders is highly desirable.
