Qualifications

• Diploma in Technical Teacher Education or post-graduate qualification in pedagogy/andragogy
• Registered and licensed trainer with TVETA
• Relevant industry certifications (e.g., NITA, Oracle, Cisco, KASNEB)
• Assessor/Internal Verifier certification for Competency-Based Education 5-8 years as a Technical Trainer with proven student success
• 2-3 years in a supervisory or coordinating role
• Experience managing LMS and SIS platforms
