Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales administration team to support revenue targets for the assigned category, including contribution to sales strategy execution.
- Oversee sales administrative operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and smooth cross-functional coordination.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners to drive customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop, implement, and enforce operational procedures, including sales reporting, inventory oversight, and planning coordination.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Commerce, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 5–8 years’ experience in FMCG sales operations or sales administration leadership
- Must have prior experience in sales operations or sales administration within the Home & Personal Care (HPC) Industry
- Strong SAP / ERP experience and advanced Excel reporting capability.
- Strong coordination, analytical, and leadership skills.
