Role Overview:

  • We are seeking an energetic Sales Executive to drive student enrollment into our coding and data science bootcamps. This is a commission-only role – your earnings grow with every student you enroll.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote Softech coding & data science bootcamps to students, professionals, and career changers.
  • Reach prospects via phone, social media, events, and referrals.
  • Advise learners on available programs and guide them through registration.
  • Achieve enrollment targets on a monthly basis.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and sales skills.
  • Background in sales, marketing, or education is a plus (not mandatory).
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
  • Smartphone and internet access required.

Compensation:

  • 100% commission-based. Attractive commission paid per successful student enrollment. The more students you bring, the more you earn!
