About the Role
- We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth in the construction sector. The candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing and growing sales teams, and expanding our market presence in the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the field sales team to maximize performance.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction and roofing sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, architects, and construction companies.
- Manage key accounts and negotiate contracts for products.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for the team
- Conduct product presentations and technical demonstrations to clients
- Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional campaigns and materials
- Set sales targets for team members and monitor achievement
- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any sales-related issues
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in construction, building materials, or roofing industry
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- At least 2 years in a sales management or leadership role
- Strong knowledge of roofing materials and construction processes
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Outstanding leadership and team management abilities
- Strong network within the construction industry
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel

About the Role
- We are recruiting motivated Field Sales Representatives to promote and sell our range of quality construction materials. You will be responsible for building relationships with contractors and construction professionals while achieving sales targets in your designated territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively prospect and develop new customers in the construction sectors
- Conduct site visits to contractors, builders, and construction companies
- Present and demonstrate our construction products
- Provide technical advice and product recommendations to clients
- Prepare and deliver sales quotations and proposals
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain and grow professional relationships with existing customers
- Conduct market research and provide feedback on customer needs and competitor activities
- Process orders and coordinate with warehouse for timely delivery
- Attend site meetings and project discussions with clients
- Provide after-sales support and address customer concerns
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM system
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field
- 1-3 years of sales experience (construction or building materials industry preferred)
- Knowledge of roofing systems or construction materials is an advantage
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to work independently
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory
