About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve quality coffee, tea, and other specialty beverages.
- Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and speed of service.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the barista station and service area.
- Engage customers with professionalism, warmth, and energy.
- Monitor stock and report inventory needs.
- Assist with front-of-house duties when necessary.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Barista in a busy café or restaurant.
- Knowledge of coffee brewing methods, latte art, and machine maintenance.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

About the Role:
Our client, a reputable organization in the security industry, is seeking to hire a competent and detail-oriented Insurance Underwriter to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing risks, evaluating insurance proposals, determining appropriate premiums, and preparing policy documentation to ensure profitable underwriting decisions aligned with company policies and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Examine and evaluate insurance proposals for individuals and organizations.
- Collect and analyze background information and risk data using specialized systems.
- Assess potential risks and determine whether to accept or reject insurance applications.
- Calculate and set premiums, ensuring competitiveness and profitability.
- Prepare insurance policy terms, conditions, and wordings to minimize claim exposure.
- Draft quotations and negotiate terms with brokers and clients.
- Liaise with insurance brokers, agents, and internal departments to facilitate smooth policy issuance.
